I begin by listening closely — not just to symptoms, but to how you’re actually feeling in your body and in your life. Nothing is dismissed or judged. Everything you share helps guide the work.
I pay attention to patterns across the whole system: physical symptoms, stress load, history, timing, energy, and how things shift over time — including what feels better, harder, or different to you.
I explain what I’m noticing and how I’m thinking about it, so you understand the process rather than being handed a prescription without context.
From there, I develop a best-fit strategy based on how your system is presenting right now — not just on a diagnosis or a test result.
We then observe your response together, track both objective changes and lived experience, and make thoughtful adjustments as needed.
This is steady, ongoing care, guided by how you feel, how your system responds, and what unfolds over time, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
